• Low noise and high efficiency built-in CMOS charge pump
• Built-in stable current generating circuit
• Input voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V
• Total current of 105mA to 1-4 units of white LEDs
• Automatic change of charge pump boost-step (x1, x1.5)
• 1.5% relative accuracy between each LED
• Soft start limits the inrush current
• Charge pump operates at 600kHz frequency
• LED brightness can be controlled by PWM (Frequency:100～50kHz)
• Luminous level adjustment from 5% to 100% by a serial signal input
• Maximum shutdown current of 1uA
• The package of LC410591 consists of FLGA (WL-CSP), VQFN
